Black Box 4-Port Power over Ethernet Switch - switch - 4 ports

Designed for use in industrial and sheltered outdoors environments, this heavy-duty switch provides power across UTP cable to up to four Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices - connect wireless access points, ID badge readers, security cameras, sensors, and other PoE equipment at the edge of your 10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX network. Heavy-duty metal case is designed to keep out dust, dirt, moisture, smoke, and insects. The switch and attached PoE devices are powered from an integral -48 VDC terminal block. Because RJ-45 ports support auto-negotiation, you can connect standard and PoE 10-/100-Mbps equipment. Mount the switch on a DIN rail or in a rackmount tray, or use as a standalone. Power supply is not included. The switch requires 15 VDC per port used, up to 60 VDC.
