Rated 5 out of 5 byFirpo from Problems from the startBrother printer driver (CUPS won't print in greyscale, black and white, fast print (only ONE print style from Mac Mojave). Tech support is lousy and does not keep appointments. Card reader did not appear on computer. Repeated attempts with upper level tech support solved firmware problem. Did not return because it's the only printer that fits in limited space.

I have had this for a few weeks, and it has been the perfect replacement to my older color ink‑jet ‑ multifunction printer. The design is minimal and not bulking like most MFC printers. Its a nice size printer for my home office. Setup and assembly was simple; it`s basically pull it out of the box, put in the ink cartridges, plug it in and start printing. Print and scan quality are great. And I was very impressed and surprised at the high quality of the photos I printed. IF I had to list a complaint, it would be that it`s a little on the loud side. But overall I am happy with this printer, and would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 byKenO from Quality with speedSetup was quick and easy to use as a wireless printer from PC, smartphone or tablet. What amazed me was the response time. Hit the print button and in a heartbeat, the printer is chugging away. My old printer took so long to respond that I could drink a cup of coffee while waiting. And whats more, printer quality is excellent. As with any new product from a different manufacturer, it takes some time to get acclimated to their interface. Once the brain was retrained, it proved to be a much easier machine to operate.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTarifa from Good product but could add a feature or 2I prefer using usb versus wireless and I think that the features are more geared to wireless users. I have had to reinstall several times. For some reason I get error messages saying I need to install a printer when I’ve already done so and used it. Also, I wish the scanner had a preview option to make it easier to modify.
