Rated 5 out of 5 byPeter from Unreliable, drops connectionsI thought this product would be perfect for my small office, but in the 8 months we've had it, it has been nothing but problems. It randomly kicks devices off the network throughout the day for no apparent reason. I've spent hours troubleshooting, updating firmware, and making sure the problem can't be any other device on the network. The 5G band will turn off randomly for no reason, and I have to log into the router to turn it back on every few days. As a small business owner I wear a lot of hats, including network admin. I'm sure if spent the time to learn a lot more and fiddle with it, I could get it to work like a dream. But this device seems to be aimed at the SOHO user, and as such I expect an intuitive product that nails the basics right out of the box. That is not this product. I am very disappointed with this product.
