Good value for the money
Best value for the money, especially like the two-side printing. Setup was a little complicated and did not go smoothly, but once that was finished, the printer is easy to use.

Very disappointed
Well, it does a fine job printing on 8.5x11 paper. I couldn't figure out how to print on legal paper though--it doesn't fit in the paper tray and there is no secondary paper path. That also means you have to empty the paper tray and fiddle with the guides to print an envelope which is a pain. I couldn't get the scanner to work from the control panel on the printer despite spending an hour on the phone with tech support--though I can scan from software on my computer. I've had Epson multifunction machines in the past and have been very satisfied. Very disappointed with their new machines which eliminated key functions for an office printer.

Defective product.
My Epson EC-4020 printer was DOA. I contacted Epson who provided me with a replacement that functioned as advertised.

This Printer is Excellent
Our Epson WF-3620 broke. The Epson WorkForce Pro EC-4020 had similar features so it was our choice.
The printer is fairly quiet and is as very fast.
The price at CDW was much better than any other vendor.
