Scanner limitation
Can use software on computer to use the scanner option but cannot scan from the printer window function. Contacted online help chat and was told it’s one or the other not both. Unfortunate as it would be very useful to sometimes use the printer window to scan to an email.

wired vs wireless
the printer and scanner work great. If you want all the wireless features then the software recommended is fine. However if you want to have a wired printer it is more complicated to find the software and get it installed. In a corporate infrastructure you will want to research before installing software. If you just want a wired connection use the basic install software - not obvious on the support website

Good printer, Scanner has issues
The scanner continues to be a challenge. You cannot scan from the printer, only by using the software on your computer. Have already had to delete the drivers and reload on all my computers to gain functionality.
