Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI reserve the chance to upgrade this rating to 5 stars in the future. As the product was recently released, there are still issues to work through. Jabra Support has been very helpful so far, but there are a few behaviours that need to be corrected before I can upgrade my rating.Sound quality is extremely good, and the advertised range is close to what I'm experiencing. I like the convenience of sharing the headset between my desk phone, my cell phone (via Bluetooth) and my computer, although if I'm on a Web conference, I generally disable the Bluetooth so that I'm not interrupted by cell phone calls. The Jabra Direct utility should be recommended as part of the install process - until I discovered it, I would get quite frustrated with the way that the headset behaved. Jabra Direct resolved all of my issues in this regard. I was able to control what features were enabled and which priorities were configured. All in all, and trusting that Jabra will resolve my issues in future firmware updates, this is a solid product that I expect will last me for many years. Worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThe Engage 75 works well with the Cisco Jabber for Windows application on my laptop. The base station has a display that shows a call coming in from "softphone" and also rings along with the call. The sound is crystal clear, and has noise cancellation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullIt will connect to BT with my phone, and will work for 5-6 min then all of a sudden it cuts out and says over and over 'Out of Range'. I've disconnected the call through my phone, I've disconnected the call through the headset mount directly, nothing stops the repeat of the 'Out of Range' announcement. Each time I have had to disconnect it from the wall all together. So super frustrating. I'm back to using my cell phone on speaker for work conference calls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI put this rating because when I receive a Bluetooth call from my mobile phone, It cut my webinar or my skype meeting, this is the worse thing ever.Even when you configure with less priorities

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI want to give a five but I am disappointed the product doesn’t have an on/off switch so it doesn’t continue to draw power when fully charged. I get the impression this is a miss because the instructions say not to over charge as it could be detrimental to longevity of product. All-in 4.5.Now I love the easy set up, interface, sound quality, and dual connection to computer softphone and cellular device!! The battery length is exceptional and wearing the headset is snug and comfortable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullBoth headset and base station were built with quality. The display on the base station is easy to follow and intuitive to use, even for first time users. The only negative thing I want to point out is that it is a bit awkward to place the head set on the base station for charging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullMenus are hard to navigate through and documentation that comes with the headset is poor. Have had issues with sound quality. DOesnt work consistently well. Often have had issues with pairing to laptop. Also had to buy an additional adapter to make it work., which cost an additional $50.
