Great print quality. My only issue was wireless setup. The CD included was useless. Had to go online for drivers.

Failure ofFactory default settings for the Multi purpose feeder
Factory default settings for the Multi purpose feeder cause the MPF not to be detected and print. On the phone with very poor Columbia tech support over 4 days on poor quality phone lines. they were not able to resolve the problem . tdhought it was a tray cover, and sensor, but the parts suggested were for a scanner, not a laser printer. They finally opted to to send replacement printer. The SAME PROBLEM WITH THE REPLACEMENT.A simple configuration change fixes the problem. Browse to the ip address of the printer;select [Settings] >[Paper]; then [Configurfe MP} and change [cassette}(factory default to [First].
Printer will now first pick from MP and then tray 1 if MP is empty.
Other than the laborious task of fixing the configuration bug the printer is fast and works well. And the universal driver supports older XP pc,s .
You might want to consider another Brand with better support before going down this rabbit hole.

Great Printer
Other than having to get IT to setup the printer because no one has administrator access, this printer works great.There were no streaks on the paper, even after the first print job went through. It seems easy to maintain and works as expected.It is a bit large, which was an issue only because my desk is already full of things. So, making room for it was a bit of a chore.After setup, there were no problems encountered.

Great for work groups
I recently received this product and was excited to try it at a workplace. Each workgroup shares a printer, we decide to use this as an example for one group. This was the first time I have used a Lexmark printer. It is quick to take out of the box and assemble. We used Wi-Fi connection for start up, which was quick and easy. Most important for us as a shared workgroup printer is speed and paper capacity. This printer offered good speed and the capacity was great with the paper capacity of 350 Pages between main tray and feeder. You could also add on a 250 and 550 sheet tray add on for a total capacity of 900 sheets which works great for us. We like that it offers duplex printing, which saves on paper. printing duplex didn`t really slow it down, from an average of 38 pages per minute to 19 pages per minute. Paper jams were very rare and easily remedied. The print quality was good. Everything came out just fine in black and white. For internal documents which this printer was used for, there were no complaints. If you are printing pages with Graphics, you might have more quality issues.The only real negatives on this products was the display for navigating the menus. It is very small and not what expected for a more expensive printer. Also the ink for this printer is more expensive than other brands. But overall I would give this printer a good review and would buy more for other work groups as we expand our company, or recommended to small businesses.

GREAT SMALL BUT POWERFUL PRINTER
I have only used this printer for a few weeks. I use it with my laptop, and it is unplugged almost all the time. When I need it, it heats up in a matter of seconds and prints extremely fast compared to my inkjet. It has become my printer by default. It is quite solid and easy to maintain. This printer will not give you trouble. I cannot tell you about how long the toner lasts, and certainly nothing about long term reliability, but thus far I`m pleased with the performance and would definitely recommend. I`m pretty happy with this - it`s a considerable upgrade from the printer I`m replacing in terms of resolution and speed. However, I certainly don`t have any illusions or expectations that this product is as durable as the previous one that it replaced.

Simple and basic
This Lexmark printer is a very simple design and basic, not that that is a bad thing. It prints in black and white, and it also has a fax function. It is perfect for office and home office use, if you need something just basic. It the pages print out very quickly, which is something I did appreciate. The prints were clear, and perfect. The only assembly required was to remove the tape holding the doors in place, as well as the toner cartridge. It was just a matter of removing and replacing the toner. I would definitely recommend this printer to either the home office user, or for business use. I had to print out my 1099 tax forms this past week, and it was seamless and easy with this printer, I was pleased as punch!I love that its wireless too, made printing from my phone very easy. I have had difficulty in the past pairing up my phone to in office printers, and this was a piece of cake.If you are looking for a basic, simple, easy to use, black and white printer, this is your machine.

Great Laser Printer
Great monochrome laser printer. Very, very fast startup time from sleep mode to finished printed sheet. Was very surprised at it`s responsiveness.
Was really easy to setup and configure. Would have liked the mobile app to work a little better but just set it up without it and was still really easy.
Overall I am very impressed with the unit. Good construction, decent footprint size. Super fast and easy to find the drivers and software on their website.
