This one does more in a small footprint
I received this product in exchange for my unbaised opinion. I have been using this printer for a couple of months and my family of six uses it daily for our small business needs, printing assignments for school, and general household use. The copies are very high quality and very professional looking. This machine takes up the same footprint as my old printer, but I am getting so many more features. Two-sided printing and the ability to enlarge/reduce are two of my favorite features. I also love that I can scan documents right to my Google Drive or One Drive. All-in-all this is a great multi function printer that meets my family`s needs, but I took off one star for build quality because of an annoying `paper jam` error code that came up when I was initially setting up the printer. Turned out this was not a paper jam at all. After exhaustively checking for a paper jam, I pushed on a loose part in the back of the printer and that little trick seemed to clear the code and the error code has not returned since. Another problem I have encountered is that the touch screen freezes up pretty often, but this can be quickly solved by turning it off and back on.

Great features for my small office
This is a very good printer for my small office. I like the features it has scanning, copying, faxing, and a built-in ethernet that enables me to set up the printer wherever and however I need it. It has everything I do need to run my small business with ease and without any issues. It is easy to setup, configure and use. I just select the location where I wanted the printer, attaching the cable, Installed optional trays, setup the printer to fax, loaded the paper and media. I also installed and updated software, drivers, firmware, networking and created a cloud connector profile. The Lexmark MB3442 is light and compact, and fits just about anywhere you perfer to set it and I can connect it via USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi to give both network and mobile users at the office access to the printer. I also like that you can save scans to or retrieve files from cloud services such as Box, DropBox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive. It does print fast and can print up to 40 pages per minute. I am very impressed with the performance of the printer. My favorite feature is it does standard two-sided printing and it saves paper that way. The Lexmark`s printer also has full spectrum security that helps protect the network and my information. The touch display is very easy navigation and view. I highly reccommend to all my colleagues. I am very happy and pleased with this product it works great.

Printing Dynamo
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. After two weeks of use I can say this printer is pretty amazing. It took about 15 minutes to set up and has performed above expectations since unboxing. This black and white laser printer has an easy to use Led screen that is sophisticated yet simple. This machine is lightening fast! I have printed 20 double sided pages in under a minute. As long as you are on the same WiFi signal you can easily send anything you need printed with ease. I have used several devices including my phone, tablet, and laptop without any issues. If you are in the market for a high quality wireless monochrome laser printer that can scan and produce great quality prints, look no further. This printer is packed with as many options as the huge unit I use at work yet it fits on a little shelf! Lexmark has really put together a great unit here. I honestly have no complaints to report. I expect years of use out of this durable high quality printing dynamo!

Great for Small Businesses
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.This printer works perfectly for what I need. I work part-time and am self-employed on the side, and for my small home business, it does everything I need extremely quickly. I was able to print out a 42-page document in less than 2 minutes, for instance. My only issue is the lack of instruction manual. The printer comes with an installation CD-ROM, but all this does is connect the printer to your computer. After several attempts, the printer locked me out and I needed to contact Lexmark, who instructed me how to download their Scan Center application (which you must have in order to scan) and then a live technician had to come to our home to unlock the printer. I have worked with technology my entire career, so an instruction manual would have easily prevented these issues. Once you get the printer up and running, however, it works exactly as you would want it to. I can easily scan and email items to colleagues, printing is a whiz, and it fits perfectly in my home office. Hopefully they will begin including manuals because aside from that, I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs an efficient machine for their small business.

This printer is for my home office.Printer Assembly Assembling this printer was a breeze. It basically was fully assembled with no complicated processes to go through to physically get the printer up and running. Loading paper in either tray was simple and easy. This printer is compact and takes up minimal shelf desk space. Loading the print/toner cartridge was straightforward and simple. The control screen was something I was not used to. Using the key pad to find/connect to the Wifi and or input passwords etc was a bit difficult due to the tiny keyboard. It is small but very functional and easy to navigate. Clearly the printer has a wide range of printing copying scanning capabilities. Printer Speed My print volume needs were not especially high. However it was clear that this printer has the ability to run large print jobs and accommodate larger format paper sizes. Printing is quiet smooth and fast. Even double sided copying was accomplished with ease and quickness.Copying Copying any size document was easily accomplished using the top feeding tray or laying on the glass. Printing and Print Quality I appreciated the impressive print and copy quality. Very clear and unblemished. Printing from my computer or smart phone was seamless.Wifi Connection It was easy to navigate the printer menu to get to the wifi set up. Setting up the WiFi connection was a little taxing especially when using the tiny keyboard. However I feel it had more to do with my home wifi than anything else. Once the Direct wifi was connected sending documents to print was quick and easy. Lastly I think that this printer is of high quality and a great value.

Its a workhorse of a printer
I use this printer in my home office and for my brother`s business. It was really important for me to get a printer that could print duel sided automatically - which it does a lot faster than I expected! The printer comes with some assembly required. The instructions are fairly straight forward. Make sure you get ALL the foam out of the crevices. I missed one piece and the printer did not like it! haha. I`m really pleased with the results of this computer. The wifi connectivity works well and is very convenient since I often print from my phone or laptop. I love being able to send my document from the living room to my office! It prints relatively fast. It`s not as fast as the massive machine at my work, but it does very well for a home printer. I like this printer and I think its a solid home or office unit. I`m impressed with the quality that it prints and the speed that it prints duel sided documents. The only thing I would like to see is a color option.

Lexmark MC3442adw Lazer all in one printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.This is a black and white all in one printer that prints, copies, and scans. It prints pretty fast and is capable of printing on both sides of the paper. I liked the touch screen feature. It made it easy and quicker to move around. It`s a nice size printer that would require an area of it`s own to be set up on. The directions for set up were fairly easy to understand. It consists of a step by step picture description sheet. The only thing that I would have wanted to be added to this product is that it would have been able to also print in color. I would recommend this printer to those looking for something for their home or small business.

Review of the Lexmark MB3442adw
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. First of all, set up of this printer was very straightforward. Lexmark has an app to guide you through the set up process, but I found it easier to follow the printer screen prompts after powering it on the first time. Connecting to my home WiFi was simple, and once connected I could see the printer from my smartphone, laptop, and iPads (I have 4 kids). The print quality was very good, and the speed at which it prints/copies is way faster than the 5 year old printer it replaced. I really like the fact that the paper tray can hold a lot of paper. This printer is perfect for a small office as it can print, copy and fax (although I have used the fax feature myself. The printer screen a little on the small side, but it gets the job done. Overall, would recommend to a friend.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Lexmark MB 3442 was a helpful piece of equipment that I added to my home office right away. I was very impressed with the scanner feature. I started using the Lexmark MB 3442 in April of 2020. I was immediately impressed by the high speed scanner uploads to my document management systems. It was incredibly useful for me and improved my overall efficient many times over. I was able to scan documents faster and provide them to others more quickly. The scanner was very fast, and could speed up my scan process 3x. The scanner speed was helpful because it added an additional cloud connector feature. I was able to speed up all my processes using a faster scanner with a direct to cloud upload feature. This increased my overall billing rate by decreasing my admin requirements. I was very happy with this new office product and it was immediately replaced my HP 3 in 1, which i was extremely happy with at the time of purchase. The print speed was also very good. Printer works great!
The product is very good. It was great at allowing a user to select a file on Google Drive and print it. That is my favorite feature of the printer. It was easy to set up and start printing with its phone app. It met my quality demands by having the ability to print and copy without having to press a button on the printer to take out of a sleep state. I would recommend this product to everyone. It`s like having an office-caliber printer in my home office

Pleased with this printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Our whole family has been pleased with this printer. Now when I first got it, I could not download the set up because my laptop does not have place for CD that came with printer. So I called customer service, and girl was so helpful she helped me download and made sure everything worked before we got off the phone. My daughter has to do school at home since the virus and she is so happy with printer. She will have assignments sent to her phone and she can print stuff off her phone straight to the printer. I love that this printer also scans things. Our family is all pleased with this printer.

Lexmark Printer Review
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I am happy with this product. It produces clear legible documents and is easy to access. The unboxing and setup took me about 4-6 hours. I was just grateful I did not need to call a professional IT technician. It was disappointing to learn that the printer was not color but that would have been additional cartridge replacement costs. It seems to be a bit noisy but I am not a heavy user. I have engaged the scan feature with success and that has made life easy in the important documents captures.

The printer set up was very easy. The picture instructions were very easy to follow and the app worked well, getting everything set up and working took about 15 minutes.Once everything was set up, printing went smoothly and was lightning fast compared to our old inkjet printer. At one point the printer changed where it wanted me to load the paper, but it was an easy fix. AirPrint and printing from the app makes it easy for the whole family to use, and it is much quieter than our inkjet printer.

Great Home Printer
I have loved my new Lexmark! The wireless setup was amazingly simple to install, even for someone who is not super savvy like me. The menu options are clearly spelled out and it basically walk you through everything. I like that you are able to print multiple sheets quickly and the ability to print on both sides sure saves a lot of paper. Scanning and faxing are easy to accomplish. There is a large sheet count on the toner so you should be able to print quite a bit before replacing it. I would have liked to try a colored ink to be able to evaluate how well it prints in color, but overall I think this is a solid buy for a home printer.

Many options printer that will last for years
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I was in need of a new printer that was reliable, user friendly, a well know name and one that had multiple functions as in copying, cloud connector, and printing from a computer and from a mobile device. Upon opening the box I didn`t expect the printer to be so large and a bit heavy but that`s okay, I will have to find a new place for it. I made sure to remove all the security tape from the parts of the printer, followed the 15 step instructions on getting the printer started with the ink and paper. Easy.I decided to setup the printer to my phone first. I timed it, 3.5minutes to setup to my phone! Super simple, just follow the step by step instructions in the app. Next was my computer, about the same time to setup, no problems at all. After setup, a test of the cloud (google drive), copy and print was done. Everything was self explainatory and the cloud setup required an additional few steps to setup and login. Overall I feel this printer may be a bit big for usual home use but it is a great piece of equipment that I know will last me years to come. Since I have only used for a few days I cannot tell how long the ink will last. Hoping it isnt too pricy when the time comes. I am sure that will be one of its downfalls.

Lexmark just what the home office needs
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. With no notice our office was shut down for the quarantine. Sure I thought I can work from home- I already do 1 day a week....what I did not realize is how often I would print what I needed in advance to working from home, take my scanning to the office, and occasionally even fax an sheet here and there. By day 3 of working form home I knew I needed an upgrade. I was surprised how easy the Lexmark was to setup- 10 minutes I was printing from 2 laptops and my kids were printing from their machines.. The footprint was actually smaller than the old inkjet that was on the desk. Not only was it printing, it was flying! This is a fast printer! We have continued to use daily between work and school, and the feeder for copies and scanning has been a lifesaver for work. The best part is the connection to the WIFI has been stable- no more `reconnecting` like we had to do with our last printer. I haven`t had to fax anything yet but I am confident that it would be simple. Overall it is like having a corporate asset at my home office.

Great Printer
Upon receipt of this printer, setup was a breeze. The printer is super fast, and good quality. However, sometimes when printing from a cell phone it defaults to the paper feeder, not the paper tray. This would be even a better printer if it were color as well.I would definitely recommend this printer!

Lexmark multi functional printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I just want to first start by saying that this is a awesome printer! It is quiet and fast! What I loved most about this printer is that it does double sided pages which helps me to cut down on paper! When pulled it out of the box it was very easy to put together! All I had to do was remove a lot of tape! Compared to other similar printers I like this one better because of the ink and how fast it goes! I love that it is WiFi! I do mostly everything from my phone! I love that this printer works with my phone! I belief this printer has great quality!!!! My only problem with this printer is that it does not have color ink. I believe my business would be more profitable if I had color pages as well as black and white! I only suggest having both black and white and color capabilities! Overall this is a great printer!

Would not connect to wi-fi
While unpacking the printer I noticed that it did not have an instruction manual. I didn`t think much of it at the time-assuming that the instructions would appear on the display window or in some other format.Set up was easy enough however, I just followed the instructions given in the small display window. The printer asked me to set up an admin password. I did. I tried to connect the printer to my Wi-Fi and it would not connect. I tried everything possible. I decided to reset the printer and start over. It asked me for my admin password, which I entered. The printer said that was an incorrect password. I know it was not because I was required to type it in twice. I ended up connecting it to my internet/computer via a USB cable which hindered where I could place the printer. Since I was not able to set the printer up for everything I needed it is difficult for me to say what I really like and don`t like. I had to have a printer since I had begun to work from home so I ordered another printer. The new printer was easy to set up and connected immediately to my Wi-Fi, which showed me that it was indeed a problem with the Lexmark computer. I would not recommend this printer to a friend or family member.

Phenomenal PRINTER!
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I was able to print and the quality was fine, fast and with no page jamming issues! The scanning was super quick too! I was also able to print from my phone and iPads with no issues. This has been a lifesaver during the this unpredictable stay at home order and having to print multiple packets of assignments for my kids. I have had zero issues being able to print multiple files for my bookkeeping company and being completed quickly and flawlessly. The touch-screen feature is really nice I also like that the it isn`t too big or too heavy. Overall this is a phenomenal home office or classroom printer for high quality printed documents. I would like to see clearer guidance on setup because I too had issues not finding the software to download online, and not having a disc reader on my MacBook Pro. Overall this is an excellent printer and highly recommend!

Good printer once you get it setup
In order to use the printer you have to figure out the setup process. You are only provided a one pager that illustrates basic setup. There is a CD-ROM provided, but none of my devices have a CD-ROm including 2 laptops. I tried going to the Lexmark website and that was useless. I successfully got the printed connected to my wifi, but could not figure out how to wireless print. I ended up just using a printer cable to connect to the printer and gave up on wireless printing. Once I was able to print the quality was good, fast and no issues with paper jamming. Scanning was also easy! There is a fax feature, but I don`t have a need for it. The touch screen is nice feature. I also like that the product is not too big, but I suggest making sure you have a dedicated space for it.Overall this is a good product for a home setting. I would like to see better setup instructions provided in the box or online.

All-in-all this is a great multi function printer that meets my needs, but I took off one star for build quality because I had an annoying paper jam error code when I was initially setting up the printer that was not a paper jam at all. After exhaustively checking for a paper jam, I pushed on a loose part in the back of the printer and that seemed to clear the code and it hasn`t returned since. Another problem I have noticed is that the touch screen freezes up pretty often, but this can be quickly solved by turning it off and back on.

Great Printer for Home Office
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinionI was in need of a printer capable of handling large print jobs of 50 pages or more for my home office. This printer handled the 50 page print job with ease. It printed fast and efficiently and the print quality met my expectations. My favorite feature of the printer was the two sided printing. The printer was relatively easy to assemble compared to other printers of this type. Configuring the email and fax options were a bit difficult. This printer is reasonably priced compared to others of this type.

Nice printer for home office use
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I am very pleased with the printing quality from the machine. Scanner works nicely and also provides quality image. I did struggle with installation and connecting to my network. Providing better directions to locate drivers online vs relying on a disk would be very helpful. I would certainly recommend this printer to for home or office use.

Fast, clear, perfect for homeschooling!
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Let`s start out with ASSEMBLY: it took me a bit to get it out the box, it was packed so well and so tight, there`s NO way it could be damaged in shipping. Good Job! SETUP: the small touchscreen will walk you through the steps of getting set up as well as removing all of the pieces of protective foam (do NOT forget the big one in the drawer. The only drawback for me was there were no instructions included. The WiFi took a while to get set up because of this. PRINTING: wow....just wow. Prints lots of copies super fast. Homeschooling four with a 19 page project; all four were done within minutes. The quality of course is excellent, it`s Lexmark, I wouldn`t expect any less. While the price point might be a little steep for some families, it will save you on printing costs in the long run. Did I mention it can hold over 300 sheets of paper?! SIZE: I was able to lift it on to the counter myself and it takes up less space than I expected. I have it on a small shelf next to the PC, but due to its wireless capabilities, I can really put it anywhere. BOTTOM LINE: fast and clear prints and copies, WiFi capable. Helped immensely with our weekly homeschool projects as well as our work needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinionAlthough the set-up was a bit challenging, this has become one of my favorite printers. No instructions for set up were provided, just a CD and I didn`t have a reader. Customer service directed me to on-line resources and everything went smoothly from that point. The printer is considerably faster than my previous and a lot quieter. It continues to be an easy machine to use, both from my computer and phone. I don`t know how long the ink supply will last but so far, no glitches. Copying is easy and the screen is fairly intuitive. This is a printer I would most definitely buy.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. My whole family has used this printer and it is great. Being under quarantined, my daughter is having to do school work at home. She is so impressed that she can find something on her phone in her room and send to printer to print. Nice to have a scanner also. So this printer has high rating from all of our family.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.Upon receipt of this printer setup was a breeze. The printer is super fast and good quality. However sometimes when printing from a cell phone it defaults to the paper feeder not the paper tray. This would be even a better printer if it were color as well.I would definitely recommend this printer.

Functional for Small Print Jobs
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.Functional for Small Print Jobs, 1-4 pages consistent while pages over 4 pages `Load tray with paper` error messages even though full paper tray is loaded. Pros: It prints on both sides and Copies. Easy to assemble parts. Printing from desktop is more consistent to 1-4 pages.Con: Printing quality may be uneven (light/dark, even after taking out the print cartridge and shaking it). Printer may need to have latest drivers downloaded on Lexmark in order to function. Printing from a laptop more consistent to 1 page before going `offline` frequently. Printer is heavy at 42 lbs.Areas for improvement: Fix the load tray error message and volume of printing (i.e. more than 4 pages before it shows an Error Message and stops printing and needs troubleshooting). Troubleshooting required for wifi to use the printer as kept showing `Printer offline` when selecting the printer.

Lexmark...never considered until now.
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.Product came with NO damage as it was packed quote well in a super thick sturdy box.I set it up in about 10 minutes. It was easy to follow the instructions as the pictures, although drawings were good enough to see what they were referring to. An actual photo of the part would be much easier to understand. Also, it really didn`t point out all the areas with tape to remove. One big thing, which could have ruined the printer drum, was that it said not to touch `it` but I wasn`t exactly sure what exact part they were referring to and ended up touching it and leaving prints on it. Luckily it didn`t ruin the drum. Prints crisp and clear. Good printing speed. Minimal running noise. I had some printers in the past that could literally make you jump they were so loud. Printer activated from Powered OFF to operation using WiFi to print. I was pretty impressed with the ease it took to set that up. Printer looks good and is compact to not take up a while side desktop. Yet, has multiple operations it can perform Scanning is a breeze. Quality is Good. All in all I would definitely recommend this printer to any of my friends or family. I will be more apt to consider Lexmark in the future.

Great Printer
This a a great quality printer and very easy to use and navigate. When I first received the printer, I was apprehensive because there was not a great deal of instructions and it came with a CD rom to use for installation. I have a MacBook Pro and it doesn`t have a CD Rom and I do not have an external drive to use one. I knew this printer was to be used via wi-fi, so I decided to see if I could do it without the provided CD Rom and I was! It was very simple. I just had to turn the printer on and follow the prompts, then when I wanted to print from my laptop, I was able to discover the Lexmark and all was good. Now that I have been using it for over a week, I am so happy to have it. It prints super fast, it`s very quiet and user friendly on top of everything. I have used it to do double sided pages, regular printing and the copy function. I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs one, but we run a small business and it has been a great tool. The quality is fantastic too. Now I want to see if I can print in color if I purchase color toner.

Great workhorse!
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.The product arrived in a very well packaged manner, there was a ton of styrofoam and tape all over the unit and it arrived in a very, very heavy cardboard box that I am actually using for a stand for the printer!! It did take some time to find all the nooks & crannies that contained packaging stuff, but the enclosed guide helped find it all.The initial set up was very easy, plugs are easy to find and I was able to get it onto the Google Cloud print pretty quickly. The actual driver didn`t want to install on my Windows laptop but I am only using it as a Cloud printer from laptops and Chromebooks in the home.This printer holds a TON of paper, which is really nice as I am not going back and forth to refill it constantly. There are four of us in the house, 2 adults using it for business purposes and 2 kids using it for in-home education (much to everyone`s chagrin!!).So far I have not had to replace the toner cartridge on it, and I have printed over 150 pages easily. I have not priced the cartridges yet, however so far I am happy with the life of the cartridge.

Great Printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. This Lexmark laser printer is surprisingly small for all of the features it has to offer. Out of the box it was very easy and intuitive to set up. I had no complications connecting it to the wifi and actually getting it to print documents from my computer. The printer works very fast which is very helpful to have in a smaller home based printer. The documents that I printed were clear and sharp and something you would expect from a good laser printer. The copier and scanner are also very easy and intuitive to use. The copies printed came out clear and everything worked well. The printer can hold a decent amount of paper so I don`t have to worry about filling it often. The only thing I might change with this printer would be the colors to help it blend in a little better but other than that I think it does the job well.

Lexmark Multi Function Printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. We received a Lexmark MB34421adw multi use printer. We have used it without any issues via wifi connection from our smartphones as well as hardwire connection to our laptop. The print quality and speed are very desirable. The scan function is simple to use and provides great quality attachments. We highly recommend this machine for home or small office use.

Technology at its best.
From start to finish Lexmark MC3224adwe, printer holds no boundaries on its superb features taking your projects to another level. With the ability to print fourth two pages per minute this is by far my favorite feature. As quiet as can be the Lexmark is the sleeping giant in the technology industry. When its on you can barely here it and when it is off the sound is no different. This products quality meet my high expe rations. Each time a device comes to market it`s capabilities should be ramped up, Lexmark does just that.I would recommend this product to family and friends for sure. My experience with family and friends have been their inability to get over the hump, assembling the products that they have purchased. LexmarkThere are no assembly required for this device, and I love it. To set it up for operation you simply have to remove its taped down cushions, plug her up, a bit of easy instructional procedures and watch her go.My over all impression of this product is positive. I can`t wait to see what Lemark brings to the electronics world next, there os always room for even more improvement.
