Very poor customer service ,I couldn't understand her very well either.

However, if other high quality products and brands where still available they would have been my first choice. The only thing I do not care for is the short and flimsy power cord other than that it is a half way decent product

I listen to news, weather and sports all day and the sound is very good as well. It mirrors as a monitor or Roku extension with one button easy. Can't say enough about this product!

It had a beautiful clear picture and very user friendly controls. The new LG 22 in. does not fall short of being perfect. I would recommend this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Problem I am using this as a TV connected to a cable box. The problem is that every time I turn on the TV a dialog box pops up asking if the TV is connected to a PC. No matter how I respond even checking the box "Don't ask again." the dialog box pops every time the TV is turned on. It goes away after a minute but is is very annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Television for My Kitchen! I bought this television about a month ago for my kitchen and placed it on a shelf so I can watch it while eating or doing kitchen chores. It has a very clear picture making easy to read the scrolling information at the bottom of the screen during a newscast, for example. I don't need my cable box anymore to watch non-premium television. It has one coaxial connector and one HDMI input. It has no phone jack though, so I cannot connect headphones to it. It also does not have any RCA input or output jacks, such as for connecting a wireless headphone transmitter or external speaker system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfectly suited as a desktop TV This unit replaces a 10 year old (different manufacturer) TV that went black. Easy to install. Other than plugging in the unit, the only step required is to use the handheld to choose the source - HDMI, served from a cable box in my case.

Our old kitchen TV was beginning to fail and we needed a TV about the same size as our old 19". Choose this model for its size, low price and pedistal stand as it has to sit on a small table. Was easy to setup as it's attached to a cable box. The picture was good but the sound was weak. Tweeked with the audio settings and is OK now.

LG says it does not have one because this is an entry level tv... where would you put an entry level tv? Kids room? Office? Use as a monitor? ALL USES THAT NEED HEADPHONES! Other than that its a tv that has average picture, average tv sound, and mediocre options. So disappointed in LG, returning this tv and purchasing another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent video in a WHITE frame/case! This TV is being used in the HDMI mode only (although the TV mode works fine). The video quality is excellent. This is also being used with a separate audio amplifier and speakers for better audio (most small TVs have pretty "small" sound!). The main reason this product was selected is because it is one of the very few, perhaps only, small TVs with a white frame/case. It's perfect for a kitchen, workroom or office where the usual black case would stand out as an items that just doesn't fit the decor. Wish the white case were available in a few more sizes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs longer power cord from tv to AC Adaptor I bought this tv a month ago to put on a bookshelf that is attached to wall (to prevent tipping over). The power cord from the tv to the AC adaptor is very short, so the AC adaptor doesn't reach down to the floor underneath the bookcase. There is not room behind the bookcase for the rather large AC adaptor. If the cord were just 2 feet longer, the AC adaptor would reach the floor and this would work. I called LG to see if they make a longer cord and not only do they not make such a cord, but they were completely unhelpful recommending someone who does. I hate to order something online that might not be compatible with the LG, which is why I contacted LG to start out with. Frustrating. TV may be good, but customer service is not, which kind of makes the quality of tv irrelevant IMHO

My only small complaint is that it plays a tune every time It’s turned on and off. I find it a little annoying, especially since I can’t find a way to disable it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Headphone jacks on my new LG TV! We bought these TVs to upgrade the old CRT TVs in our ship's staterooms. We are able to watch movies on our CCTV system. However, the crew needs to be able to use headphones so as not to disturb roommates or the stateroom next door, as people are sleeping around the clock. Is LG so cheap that can't even put a headphone jack or audio output jacks on their TVs?!??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dull picture. Ratio is useless I hate this TV. The picture is washed out and has a sepia tone. The screen is dull.I should have known if it's matted it would be ugly. I wish it look great like my iPad Pro screen. Not a chance. And it's not sharp either. Do not waste your money. The ratio is very poor. The 4.3 setting puts the video in a little box. Surrounded by black on all sides. The zoom setting cuts off words. And puts a black bar on the bottom. There should be adjustment arrows to put the picture where you want it. There should be a stretch to screen setting. Without cut off words. LG did not do good on these ratio settings. Looking at the picture about 6 feet way hurts my eyes. So blurry and dull. I must have a defect tv. Everybody says how great the picture is. Not on the TV I payed for. The sound is great. I give it that much credit. I like the clearer voice setting. If only the worked on the ration settings better Plus no USB slots in the back. LG was greedy in that department. Well now I'm the owner of a 116.99 dud. Thanks LG. Do a firmware to fix the ratio settings. And fix the picture. It's not sharp enough for me. .

The only negatives are the large brick transformer plug ( seems excessively large) , and the sound quality is poor. This is probably due to inexpensive, small speakers.

I quickly linked it by HDMI cable to a small WiFi BluRay DVD player that acts as a portal for streaming services. It's light, which is important because we plan to mount in on a movable arm so that it can be viewed in 2 different rooms. Very good service by Abt in getting us the discounted price mentioned so helpfully by LG on this website.

It would be even better if we could use a Bluetooth speaker system since the trailer A/C overcomes the sound unless we sit very close. I would be willing to pay extra for a Bluetooth-enabled product.

But, getting it to "work" with remote and the wifi was a different story. Difficult. Finally, after hours on the phone, I called Xfinity and they got it connected for us within 20 minutes. The booklet it comes with is wholly incomplete and should contain more info. It does look very nice in this small room and now that it's working, I am happy with it. Just would like to clear up the picture a bit more!

The picture is really good and we only have it direct to cable, no cable box required with our cable company. It also have good sound for our uses. Our only complaint is the remote...we are used to being able to press the buttons while it is laying on our kitchen counter and this one is curved and doesn't allow for that. Otherwise, we are happy with our purchase.

The picture is sharp and clear, as a 1080p should be, and set up was a breeze, taking less than 15 minutes to unbox and watch a favorite program. It should be noted that this TV should not be a choice if you want to view anything other than cable/satellite TV, since therre is only one port (HDMI to conect to.

I wish the picture was a little brighter and crisper which is why I gave it a four. I do think it's very acceptable and would by it again.

Unable to find the wall mount bracket that goes in place of the stand opening, so we just mounted tv directly from back vesa mount to wall swivel mount. So we left the stand on tv and it shelves the digital adapter. It takes a few seconds for the tv to power on and off. We love the matte finish screen. No glare issues. Great overall tv

The set up took about 10 minutes and we called our cable company to sync it with our cable box which took about 5 minutes. The picture (1080p) is very crisp and clear and the look of the TV itself is very sleek. Overall a great purchase and a very good price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for this size TV.

I had this monitor setup and working in less than 10 minutes after I received it. The resolution is so much clearer than my other 17 and 21" monitors. I highly recommend this monitor to because of the ease of configuration and quality.

Even thought our kitchen is relatively bright, the LC 22 TV still offers a clear, bright picture. We also like the feature of a single pedestal stand that makes it convenient to move around. My wife enjoys that the weight is quite light if she wants to move it.

It sits at the end of my desk so that I can keep up with daily news and related programing while I am working away. The picture on this TV is excellent. I feel that I scored a big win with the purchase of this TV. Oh! the stand works well in my situation as well. Oval base vs legs. The speaker(s are really good as well. I am very happy with my new LG. I would happily purchse this TV again.

Ran a cable line into the room and purchased this little LG TV. Perfect. It sits on a window sill ten feet from my desk chair. I shopped every brand, every model of smaller fat screen TV. This had the most bang for the buck and the price was extra reasonable at Amazon. With free prime delivery, I was in business in no time. Easy install. And the picture is clear, clean and bright.

Bought this set for my grandson for is games and videos. But LG said very rude they won't fix it. Never will buy any LG products again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted! This LGTV was exactly what I was looking for! I was in search of a tv no bigger than 24", 1080p quality, NOT a smart tv, and minimal plugins. This tv is perfect has actually great sound for a smaller tv. If you go into the expert setting you can really get a nice crisp picture that almost looks 4K quality. Comes with some mounting hardware and a remote has a lot of great features as well!

It is bigger, does not take up much space & the picture is bigger & brighter. some of the reviews said the sound was not good, but you have to turn up the sound with the remote before you use your cable remote. just the first time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 YEAR OLD TV, ALL DONE No smart features work, tv slows and speeds up. LG blames the cable company, but it also does this when its just using the antenna.the fix was to purchase a fire stick, but there was no need to buy the smart tv. No more LG Products for me.
