Installation was easy and flawless. This is my 2nd Alpha Glass purchase as it's also on my wife's iPhone 6 Plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBrokenGlass from Worst packaging everArrived broken. Was packaged in a thin cardboard paper like material that seemed to be two pieces over each other and glued shut. It had some odd grooves shape marking as if passed through some heat seal machine. I should have taken a pic to add it here since there is an option to do so. I called for refund. Was told no problem and would not have to pay for shipping. Was sent an email with return order and deduction from refund for shipping. I had to buy shipping material.

They were very helpful, and said that is how it's supposed to be. But while I was talking to them, a speck of dust must have settled on it. Now that it is adhered, the dust has created a large bubble and every time I view my phone, the speck/bubble is totally annoying. I need another protector, but they are pricey and I do not know how to remove this one. I hate being stuck with the stupid annoying speck, which I seem to be constantly trying to unconsciously scrape off. It makes my new iphone less than pleasurable to use. Help! If I could make one suggestion, it would be that all descriptions of the product should state that it is supposed to be smaller than the phone screen. Had I not peeled the film off the sticky side and had to make the call to customer support to ask about that, the dust would not have settled on it and ruined my screen appearance.
