When you try their chat you get an automated response that is no help.

Currently using my Otter case with the Apple Smart Cover which provides protection for the screen. Still undecided if I’ll use with Smart Keyboard or not but have that option with this case if need be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Making my iPad safe I bought the cover at the same time as the iPad as I has previously bought otterbox covers for my phone and iPad mini. The case is easy to put on but I was a little surprised to find it did not have a screen cover. I had to buy that separately . The advert said people often bought the screen cover but it did not make it clear . As a result I had to pay full price for the screen cover and two lots of postage. Now I have both I am happy . I know my iPad will be safe with my grandchildren and me as my phone and mini iPad are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor design I have used otterbox phone and iPad cases for years. This is the first product I am displeased with. The design for the pencil holder is awful. The pencil snags on the fabric or other items when I take the iPad out or put it in my bag. Also, it’s I conveient to remove or replace the pencil in the holder. I bought a $15 case from another company that has a far better design for holding the pencil, and even has a place for the cap when I am charging the pencil.

It's not as easily accessable as I thought but, still a great product. I added some personal stickers. Looks awesome! I had to remove my glass screen protector because it lifted :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Secure Case I like how secure this case that could protect the iPad Air 3, I had accidentally dropped my iPad without a case, it is damaged. immediately. The iPad is quite fragile imo. In conclusion, it's feel secure. I like how the case holds the pencil and give you space to attach you apple keyboard( although I don't have one. The only improvement I hope is to make it lighter.

My last purchase was for the clear otter box, it is a nice unit but not as nice as my other Otter box items. The clear unit in my opinon, is not as protective as the other otter boxes I own . But it does work. My grandchildren are rough on everything that I own, so we do not let them use the clear case unit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as expected I thought this cover would be more protective given the high price. The pen holder is probably the most disappointing aspect. The pen sits under the ipad when you place it down which is such an annoyance as it feels like it is now much more easily damaged. The pencil is basically supporting the iPad when its lying flat on a surface. I expected the holder to extend the pen out the side, or even sit closer to the screen. This product is not worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Returned it I bought this for my new iPad. I thought it provided 360 degree protection since it highlighted that it was scratchproof. I was looking for complete coverage with a pencil holder. Unfortunately, this does not have screen protection which is the most critical feature to me. I want to protect the screen from scratches and from breakage. I returned this, and went out and bought the Otterbox Defender. Although the Defender doesn't have a pencil holder, it does provide full protection.

Also, when using an Apple keyboard with this cover, some protection is missing near the binding of the keyboard. It was also pricey for the money. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

It has a feature so you can use it with an Apple keyboard cover, a Smart Cover or without a cover. Operating the volume button was stiff at first but is easy now with a little use. I have dropped several times and have had no damage! I ordered online and came when promised.

I have always trusted Otterbox for my devices. Unfortunately, I had to return this. When you take the piece off that covers the smart connector and use it with the keyboard, the back of the case does not lie flush against the back of the iPad which allows dust to get in. I was not happy with that. Other than that, the case was very well made. I was also not aware that if you want to return a product, then you have to pay for the shipping to return it if you are not satisfied.
