Rated 5 out of 5 by from cheap toy, not suitable for office environmentcompany switched to these. If set up with Cisco Jabber, the buttons on the phone don't work, you can only place calls through Jabber app. Does not feel like you have a real office phone where you can do standard functions like transferring, conference calling, etc. All in all, not an acceptable replacement for a office phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WorthlessWe purchased one of these to use with Broadsoft UC-one application. We couldn't get it to work. Support told us that this unit is not compatible with Windows 7 so we would have to upgrade our computers to Windows 10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't use with ZoomWhilst this handset works fine with Skype, I've found it impossible to use with other applications e.g. Zoom as the microphone remains muted until the green button is pressed and then the dialling tone drowns out the call. The phone also cancels the "call" after a brief period.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cannot Dial + prefix with Dial padUnfortunately, the dial-pad is of no use to me. The VOIP system I use at work requires EVERY number to be dialled in E164 format (full international number format). The inability to key-in a '+' prefix on the dial pad makes it impossible for me to use the dial pad to make calls.Even the most obsolete cellphones out there can dial numbers starting with the + prefix format with ease.
