I work in an office where we are constantly moving around and having something like this has been extremely helpful. I would fully recommend this device, and below are my pros and cons of the headset.Pros:+Good sound quality.+Comfortable in the ear, does not feel cumbersome.+Long battery life. I've gotten a full 10 hour day of work on a single charge.+Can connect with multiple devices at the same time. I have mine connected to both my office phone and cell phone.+Voice activated call Answer/Ignore with bluetooth.+Multiple earbud sizes to choose between.Cons:-Earbud foam pads come off very easily, especially when taking out of your ear.-Maximum volume leaves a bit to be desired.-Slight delay when pressing the buttons on device. Roughly 1 second.

Was wondering if I can use my other ear piece from another Plantronics headset that is shaped a little different? Wish it had a longer arm to talk into, I feel like people can't hear me very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 byhfatboy from Great Headset, Awful RingtoneI purchased the headset a week ago and I like the feature of being able to use with my desk phone and cell phone. The biggest drawback is the ringtone that drowns out everything. We have three of these in the office and two have the issue and the one headset with older firmware has a nice simple beep. Called customer support and there wasn't anything they could do to change the ringtone. Very frustrating! If Plantronics would allow the user to specify the ringtone they wanted this would definitely be a 5-star product. Hopefully something they are considering and will release soon.

I love my Legend (i am incapable of using my phablet as a regular phone. Handsfree is the way to be! Customizable, great sound on both ends of calls... did and would buy again; lasts so long, there's no need except to upgrade.

I can believe there is so little support form something like this in the help area. Right now its been disconnected for an hour and unusable. If it comes back i will be happy meanwhile i had to move my phone to use the handset probably for the rest of the day or longer. When it works its clear as a bell when it doesnt like now forget it.
