Rated 5 out of 5 by from almost got meethernet port will only activate after user installs driver from website. Serious flaw for system that are AD authenticated as the driver only initialized port after credentials are accepted and desktop present. otherwise good unit, just can't use them in my security conscious environment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThis laptop dock is only compatible with specific laptops (which they forget to mention in the tech specs). It costs $180 and it comes with 1.5ft cable to connect your laptop (way too short). I've tried several different adapters/cables/refresh rates/firmware/bios/driver updates/monitors/computers. They all result in flickering and glitchy output. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 13 700 series (model 7378). If it only works with a few computers, then they need to CLEARLY state that in the tech specs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works flawlessly, 100% plug and playI have only used the dock for a few days, but it was super easy to setup and everything worked from the start. The dock is also nicely designed, small and sleek. I am using it with a Dell XPS 13 (9360) and two monitors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powers laptop w/ 1 cordI like this for the price, and the HDMI hookup was working for the first week, and then the HDMI isn't being recognized thru the Usb-C docking station, so I have to plug the HDMI directly into the new Laptop
