Very good overall product
I have purchased 4 of these printers. They all have ethernet, usb, and serial ports on them. These printers are capable of using direct or thermal transfer. I am using direct at the moment but if it comes up I can still use a ribbon. The only thing I don't like is the roll support. on the older zebras the roll support was stepped and would support various size rolls in the roll center this one has a nub that supports the roll which on a roll with a short core makes it hang a bit on the inner labels. The only other problem is the Install software is slow. I found the actual drivers and utilities and installed them directly without the disc's autorun software. Other than this I am happy with the purchase.
