Worst printers made
Honestly HP was the gold standard until the 603 and beyond were created. The paper trays break in the first week or so. The paper pickup assemblies snap off in a few months. Just sad quality. Please go back to front feeders and solid trays.

Poor quality
I was extremely disappointed when I had to have my HP M612 serviced more than five times in the first 8 months. The cost to service my two HP M612 I purchased has already exceeded the cost of the machines themselves, these were purchased brand new. When I asked HP why I needed to service and provide so much maintenance to my equipment the reason given was everything is made cheap now, in China. The rollers provided for the new machine didn't last past 4,000 sheets. If you are wondering the amount for the rollers it's $40 per roller. Needless to say I am disappointed. If you are considering an HP you may want to ask how long the printer rollers last.
