Hard to install
Instructions are vague and hard to understand. have not installed because i have no idea how to install the to computers.
Sound issue
Does not use usb for sound
Just be aware you NEED Displayport ports.
It works great, if you have computers, monitors with Dsplayport. Adapters that convert Displayport to HDMI, DVI, etc. do not work.
Make sure this accomodates your cables!
Device felt cheap, and did not have the USB-C ports that I needed. Return process took a long time, and shipping was too expensive.
Good KVM Switch
Overall works well with the remote button. I am a little confused on why the DP port, which should carry both video and audio data, requires the headphone jack wire to be used. Otherwise, this is a great functional KVM switch.
Disappointed with product

Definitely a shortcoming in the purchasing diligence on my part. On a very positive note, it felt solid, durable, and had great packagin
Works as Advertised
It works - just had a problem accessing the bios since the thing didn't power up until Windows started. Maybe it was the port I used. The other PC was not powered up, so it didn't have a second source of juice. Otherwise, it works as advertised.
