Currently - I would like to give it 0 stars- As our brand new MFP paper tray will not slide open, placed a request for tech help and are awaiting a replacement printer (has been 3 weeks now --- we are very not satisfied as are now trying to run office with one mfp as we wait for the replacement for our 2nd prin
