Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our batteries lasted about 4 years. The batteries are of good quality. They will last a lot longer if they are occasionally discharged and then recharged to exercise the battery. This will also check the UPS system charging and invertor systems within the unit. The built-in selftest from the control panel really does work, in that it will tell you that the battery pack does need changing.
